Payments can be deleted from a pay run on either the Pay Run Details page or on the associated Payment Details page.

Deleting the payment will remove the employee and all associated earnings and deductions from the pay run. This action is irreversible.

Delete a Payment on the Pay Run Details Page

Follow these steps to delete a payment on the Pay Run Details page:

1) Navigate to the desired Pay Run Details page from the Payroll Overview page.

Payments cannot be deleted from pay runs on the History tab or from pay runs with a ‘Pending’ status.

2) Click the Trashcan button associated with the payment.

Follow these steps to delete a payment on the Payment Details page:

1) Navigate to the desired Pay Run Details page from the Payroll Overview page.

Payments cannot be deleted from pay runs on the History tab or from pay runs with a ‘Pending’ status.

2) Select the desired payment to open the Payment Details page.

3) Click the Delete button in the payment header.
