Badge Reporting Screen

The Badge Reporting screen displays badge activity grouped by badge, user, or location. Each tab provides detailed metrics to track earned and expired badges.

From this page, users can:

  • View badge metrics by badge

  • View badge metrics by user

  • View badge metrics by location

  • Open individual user profiles from the Users tab and the Individual Badge Screen's Badge Recipient List


Security

Users must have Location View Permission in their role to access the Badge Reporting screen.


Navigation Steps

  1. Select Location from the left navigation menu.

  2. Select Overview.

  1. In the Badges section, select the View All button on the right.

The Badges section is only visible when the Badges feature is enabled for the organization. Contact your CSM if the section is not available.


Badge Reporting Buttons and Fields

Button/Field

Description

Back button

Returns to the Location Overview screen.

Location

Displays the name of the selected restaurant group or location.

— Used to switch locations. Opens the Select a location menu. Only one location can be selected at a time.

Search Badges

Filters the displayed table for the entered text.

Filter

Opens the filter menu. Filter options depend on the displayed tab:

  • Badges tab — Table can be filtered by badge category.

  • Users tab — Table can be filtered by user role, badge name, and badge category.

  • Locations tab — Table can be filtered by badge name and badge category.

Download

Downloads the displayed table as a .csv file. The export includes all available fields, regardless of the active Search Badges text or Filter selections.

Badges Tab

Displays all badges, along with counts of earned and expired users. Learn more about the Badges tab.

Users Tab

Displays a list of users associated with badge assignments. Learn more about the Users tab.

Locations Tab

Displays a list of store-level locations and their associated badges. Learn more about the Locations tab.

Badge Row

Displays the badges and their category, along with counts of earned and expired users. Selecting a badge opens the Individual Badge Screen.

Badges Tab Columns

The Badges tab uses only the Search Badges, Filter, and Download controls described in Buttons and Fields above.

Column

Definition

Badge

Displays the name of the badge as it appears in the badge library. Opens the Individual Badge Screen.

Category

Category of the badge.

Earned Users

Total number of users who have earned the badge and currently hold it in active status. Opens the Individual Badge Screen.

Expired Users

Count of users whose badge has expired. Opens the Individual Badge Screen.

Users Tab Date Filters

These filters appear at the top of the Users tab and control the date range of displayed badge activity.

Quick Filters

Three quick filter buttons that set the displayed date range:

  • All Time — Clears the date filter from the table of users, displaying all users.

  • Last 90 Days — Filters the table of users, displaying users with badges earned in the last 90 days.

  • This Year — Filters the table of users, displaying users with badges earned this calendar year to date.

Date Range

Filters the table of users, displaying users with badges earned within the selected date range.

  • If only a start date is entered, results include all badges earned since that date.

  • If only an end date is entered, results include all badges earned up to that date.

Users Tab Columns

Column

Definition

Employee

Full name of the user. Click to open the user's profile.

User Email

User's email address, which also serves as the user ID for the badge record.

Earned

Number of badges the user has earned and that are currently active.

Expired

Number of badges that the user previously earned but have since expired.

Active Badges

Names of the badges currently earned by the user that have not expired.

When a user has more than one active badge, hover over the field to view the full list.

Role

Role(s) assigned to the user.

When a user has more than one assigned role, hover over the field to view the full list.

Locations Tab Columns

The Locations tab uses only the Search Badges, Filter, and Download controls described in Buttons and Fields above.

Location

Displays the store-level location name.

Active locations are listed without hierarchy (management levels are excluded).

Earned

Shows the number of active badges earned by users at the location.

Expired

Displays the number of expired badges associated with users at the location.

Active Badges

Lists the names of active badges earned by users in the selected location. When multiple badges are active, hover over the field to view the full list.

Categories

Category names of active badges earned by the users in the selected location. When multiple badges are active, hover over the field to view the full list.


Individual Badge Screen

This screen appears when an individual badge is selected from the Badge Reporting screen.

Back button

Returns to the Badge Reporting screen.

Location

Displays the name of the selected restaurant group or location.

Send Newsfeed Post

Opens the Home Feed with Create a New Post drafted and the selected badge as an attachment. No post is sent until the user finishes composing it and selects Post. Learn more about sending a newsfeed post.

Search

Filters the displayed table for the entered text.

Filter

Opens the filter menu. Filter options include:

  • Name

  • Awarded Date Ascending

  • Awarded Date Descending

  • Expiration Date Ascending

  • Expiration Date Descending

Badge Recipient List

Shows badge recipients and the users who awarded them. When selected, it opens the associated user profile.
