Note: Leaderboards require the Badges and Leaderboard feature to be enabled.
Badge Leaderboards give managers a way to compare badge performance across locations and track how individual employees rank within the organization.
The leaderboard appears in two places: a widget on the Location page that adjusts to the current level of the location hierarchy, and rank widgets on the Badges tab of the employee profile that display an individual employee's standing within the organization and across all associated locations.
Access
The Location page leaderboard is available to managers and administrators.
Employee rank widgets on the Badges tab are visible to the employee viewing their own profile and to administrators with User permission.
Location Page Leaderboard
The Location page leaderboard helps managers compare badge performance across locations and identify top contributors. Rankings reflect the total number of badges earned within the selected time period.

Rank Widget Fields
Two rank widgets appear on the Badges tab of an employee's profile, showing that employee's standing across the organization and within a specific location. Rankings update dynamically as badge data changes.

Widget | Description | |
|---|---|---|
1 | Time Filter | Filters both rank widgets by time period. Options: 30 Days (default), 1 Year, and All Time. Rankings update when the filter changes. |
2 | Global Rank | Displays the employee's rank by badges earned across the entire organization. |
3 | Location Rank | Displays the Location's rank by badges earned by employees within a specific location. If the employee belongs to multiple locations, a dropdown appears allowing the viewer to switch between locations. Rankings update when a different location is selected. |
Empty State
If an employee has no badges earned in the selected time period, the rank widget displays blank — no rank, label, or placeholder text appears.
