This article is part of the R365 Red App My Pay Employee Self Service portal and covers the desktop version of My Pay.
The Workforce Employee Self Service Portal enables employees to view their My Pay information via a desktop browser. This includes their contact and personal information, Earnings, Holiday Time Off, and important Payroll Documents.
From this portal, employees can also edit their Payment Method or their Taxes and Withholdings information.
Employee Service Home Page
From the Home page screen, view personal employee information as well as access their payment methods, tax forms, and the Earnings page. Read a detailed overview of the Employee Self Service Home page.
Earnings

The Earnings screen lists all the employee’s earnings by date. Read more about the Earnings page.
Year-to-date deduction totals shown on the Earnings screen reflect the pay date of each payment, not the pay period's end date.
Time Off

The Time Off page shows any paid holidays for the year. When available, upcoming paid-time-off holidays are listed with the holiday name, date, and hours paid. To open this page, click Holidays in the left navigation menu.
Documents

From the Documents screen view, edit, and sign important documents. Read a detailed overview of the Employee Self Service Documents screen.
At any time, click Home in the left navigation to return to the Employee Self Service homepage.
Manager Access to the Self-Service Portal
For users who have access to the self-service portal and R365 apps, the self-service portal can be accessed from the user profile menu.
Click the Profile button in the system header.
Select Self-Service Portal.
