The Prep History tab displays a record of all instances when the prep recipe was prepared. Use this tab to review past prep activity and confirm production trends.
The list can be filtered by time frame and location to view when and where the recipe was prepped within a specific period.
Security
Users must have the following permission(s) to view prep recipe history:
Food → Advanced Prep → Prep Recipes
Edit Prep Recipes
Create Prep Recipes
These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.
View Prep Recipe History
To view the prep recipe history of an recipe, navigate to the Prep page, then follow these steps:
Click steps to expand for additional information and images.
1) From the prep recipes list, locate and open the correct prep recipe.
To do this, click the hyperlinked prep recipe name.
2) Click the Prep History tab.
3) Select Location and Time Frame parameters for the history to view.
4) Review the prep history.
