Training content and checklists can be saved in multiple languages to provide translation options for learners. When languages are added to content, learners can select from configured languages while completing learning tracks, courses, quizzes, and checklists. When a language is selected, it carries over to other translated areas of training and checklists. If the selected language is not available for the content being viewed, the display will default to English. If other languages are available, they can be selected directly on the displayed screen.
When a language is added to a learning track, course, quiz, or checklist, all titles and descriptions start blank. Translated text can be manually entered or populated using AI directly within R365 Training. The text shown in the editor for each selected language is the same text that will be visible to learners and users after the content is published.
After publication, any edits made to the English version are not automatically translated. The text from the English version for any new fields is copied into all configured languages and must be manually updated in each one. All language versions are published together when the content is published.
Translation For Learners
Learning Tracks
Translation is available for all 2.0 learning tracks.
On the Learning Track Details screen, learners can switch to any translation language that has been configured for that content.
Courses and Quizzes
After starting a course or quiz, learners can switch to any translation language that has been configured for that content.
Trainer Checks and Self Checks
After starting a trainer or self check, trainers and learners can switch to any translation language that has been configured for that content.
Checklists
On the Checklist Details screen, users can switch to any translation language that has been configured for that content.

Learning Tracks
Titles, descriptions, and tasks within a learning track are translated from the Learning Track Details screen in Admin. Learn more about translating learning tracks.
Courses, quizzes, and checklists within the learning track are translated separately. PDFs, videos, and images are not eligible for translation.
