FAQ

What does the usage score measure?

The usage score reflects how consistently a location uses a specific R365 feature, such as Inventory, rolled up to an overall status such as Healthy or At risk.

Why don't I see any recommendations?

Recommendations only appear when a specific improvement is identified for the selected period. If none apply, the widget shows No recommendations yet.

Does following a recommendation change my Profitability Score or R365 Adoption Score?

Completing a recommended action does not update the score immediately. The Profitability Score and R365 Adoption Score update once the related event is reflected and calculated.

Why does a recommendation ask me to upgrade my plan?

A recommendation asks for a plan upgrade when it identifies a capability that would close a profitability gap, but the location does not currently own that capability. Selecting Explore [Capability Name] on the recommendation card opens details about the capability along with a link to the R365 marketplace. This differs from a usage-based recommendation, which addresses a capability the location already owns but is not using consistently.
