The R365 contextual Help menu is located in the main system header and contains links to:

The Help menu is unique to each page, and the content in the Help menu is determined by the page that is currently open. For example, on the Inventory Counts page, users will see article links and videos related to inventory counts, while the Scheduling page Help menu will present content related to scheduling.

 


To open the Help menu for a page or record, click the Question Mark icon in the top right corner of the system header. A drop-down menu will appear with resources for the displayed page.

Video guides

When available, lists any videos reviewing key processes associated with the current page. Click a video to play it directly on the page. Learn more about video guides.

Knowledge base

Opens the knowledge base widget, providing direct access to relevant articles related to the current page or record. Learn more about the knowledge base widget.

R365 University

Links to R365 University, containing in-depth video courses, full learning tracks, and knowledge certifications.

  • An active R365 account is required to access R365 University.

  • Navigating to R365 University from the Help menu logs in automatically using the current R365 account.

  • Accessing the R365 University site or videos directly (such as from a shared link) requires logging in with an R365 instance, username, and password. Learn more about finding the R365 instance to log in to R365 University.

Support center

Links to the R365 Support Center, where R365 Support can be contacted and existing tickets reviewed.

Webinars

Links to R365 Webinars, a curated library of live and recorded sessions that help restaurant leaders improve profitability, control food and labor costs, and leverage data and AI to run smarter operations.

Links to the Release Notes section of the Knowledge Base, providing a top-level overview of the newest R365 product updates.
