The R365 contextual Help menu is located in the main system header.

The Help menu contains links to:

The Help menu is unique to each page, and the content in the Help menu is determined by the page that is currently open. For example, on the Inventory Counts page, users will see article links and videos related to inventory counts, while the Forms page Help menu will present content related to forms.

 


Navigation

To open the Help menu for a page or record, click the Question Mark icon in the top right corner of the system header. A drop-down menu will appear with resources for the displayed page.

R365 Knowledge Base articles provide in-depth review of pages, records, and processes. The Help menu lists relevant articles related to the currently displayed page or record.

Links to the R365 Support Center, where users can contact R365 Support and review existing tickets.

Knowledge Base

Links to the full catalogue of articles.

R365 University

Links to R365 University, containing in-depth video courses, full learning tracks, and knowledge certifications.

To access R365 University, users must be logged in to their R365 account. Learn more about accessing R365 University below.

Links to the Release Notes section of the Knowledge Base, providing a top-level overview of the newest R365 product updates.


R365 Academy Videos

To view the video while working on the page, click the 'Mini-Player' button in the bottom right corner of the video player. The video player can then be moved around the screen.

 

To return the video back to its original size and location, click the 'Theater Mode' button located at the top of the video player.


R365 University Access

When navigating to R365 University from the Help menu, users will be automatically logged in with their R365 account.

To access the R365 University site or videos directly, such as from a shared link, users will need to log in with their R365 instance, username, and password. Learn more about finding the R365 instance to log in to R365 University.
