Enable Automatic Updates for the R365 Mobile App

Items are regularly released to the R365 Mobile App, but depending on your device's settings, the app may need to be manually updated for you to gain access to these updates. To avoid this hassle, enable automatic updates for the apps on your device.

Follow the steps below to ensure that your R365 Red App gets updated automatically when new features are released.

iOS Automatic Updates

To set an automatic update for the R365 Red App on iOS, follow the steps below:

1.  Open 'Settings' and then tap 'App Store'

2.  Under the first section named 'Automatic Downloads', toggle on 'App Updates'. This will automatically update the app when on Wi-Fi

   • If you want the app to update when Wi-Fi isn't available, toggle on 'Automatic Downloads' in the following Settings section as well

Once completed, the R365 Red App will automatically update for you when new updates are released.

Android Automatic Updates

To set an automatic update for the R365 Red App on Android, follow the steps below:

1.  Open the Google Play Store

2.  Tap the menu icon   and then 'Settings'

3.  In Settings, tap 'Auto-update apps' to open a modal where you choose your preference for automatic app updates and then tap 'Done'

Once completed, the R365 Red App will automatically update for you when new updates are released.
