Users & Security Limits
Users who have permissions related to user management, including creating and editing user roles, permissions, assigned locations, and report roles, can only edit within their own access level. Learn more about user editing restrictions and access levels.
From the Audit Access tab, users can run reports that give insight into what permissions, user roles, locations, report roles, and reports are assigned to which users. From this tab, users can run any of the following reports:
Permission Access Report
The Permission Access report is based on selected permission(s). This report shows which users or user roles has access to the selected permission(s). This report generates as a list within R365. It can be exported to Excel, if needed. Learn more about the Permissions Access report.
User Access Report
The User Access report is based on selected users. This report shows the user roles, locations, report roles, or reports assigned to the selected user(s). This report generates as an Excel file. Learn more about the User Access report.
User’s Permissions Report
The User’s Permissions report is based on selected users. This report shows each permission assigned to the selected user(s). This report generates as an Excel file. Learn more about the User’s Permissions report.
