R365 Public API
Early Access
Public API access is currently available for approved Early Access participants. Availability and pricing are subject to change.
To request access:
Contact your R365 Customer Success Manager (CSM) and request to join the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access or credentials.
Once your access is approved, you will receive API credentials for your integration.
Credentials are a single, long-lived bearer token. The token is delivered through a secure 1Password share link, emailed to the contact named on the request. The link is locked to that email address, can be opened once, and expires after 7 days. Open it promptly and store the token in your own secret manager — it can't be retrieved from the link a second time.

Secure Data Share
Secure Data Share gives you direct, read-only access to R365 data via Snowflake. Access is provisioned through Snowflake.
