R365 Public API
Early Adopter (Closed)
The R365 Public API is currently available to a closed Early Adopter group. Restaurant365 is incorporating participant feedback before it opens access more broadly. Learn more about requesting R365 Public API access.
To request access:
Acceptance into the Early Adopter group is closed. Restaurant365 will communicate when the group reopens. No request form is needed while acceptance is closed. For current production access, see the R365 API Connector section below or the Restaurant365 OData Connector.
Once Restaurant365 approves access, the integration receives API credentials.
Credentials are a single, long-lived bearer token. The token is delivered through a secure 1Password share link, emailed to the contact named on the request. The link is locked to that email address, can be opened once, and expires after 7 days. Open it promptly and store the token in a secret manager — it cannot be retrieved from the link a second time.
Public API access is currently closed to an approved Early Adopter group. Availability and pricing are subject to change.
Secure Data Share
Secure Data Share gives you direct, read-only access to R365 data via Snowflake. Access is provisioned through Snowflake.
