This article covers the legacy Onboarding page within R365 Payroll. If Work Eligibility is enabled, refer to the documentation for the new Onboarding page.

The Onboarding page contains the Form I-9 setting, as well as reference information for employee tax forms and signed documents. 

Navigation

  1. Navigate to Workforce.

  2. In the Settings section of the left navigation menu, select Onboarding.

Onboarding Form I-9

When the Form I-9 setting is enabled, the I-9 form is added to the payroll onboarding process.
