Schedule Change Audit

The Schedule Change Audit report generates a list of all schedule changes that occurred after the employee schedule was published. This report shows all schedule changes, including those that occur between employees (shift swaps, claims, and offers) and actions taken by managers to edit the schedule.

This report can be exported in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.


Navigation

The My Reports search bar can be used to search R365's entire catalog of reports.

  1. Open the Reports app. 
  2. Navigate to My Reports
  3. Enter all or part of the report name in the search bar.
  4. The Results tab will open with the list of search results.
  5. From beneath the report name, click Run to run the report with the selected report view.

    Click Customize to adjust the report parameters and run the report. 



Report Parameters

Field

Description

Filter By

A list of all filter categories. Filter categories will vary based by report.

Filter

A list of filter options, determined by the 'Filter By' category selected (#1).

Start Date

First date for which to pull data for the report. The 'Start' and 'End' parameters create the date range for the data generated. The report then displays data for all dates within the date range, including the start and end dates.

End Date

Last date for which to pull data for the report. The 'Start' and 'End' parameters create the date range for the data generated. The report then displays data for all dates within the date range, including the start and end dates. 

Location

Filters the data to reflect shift changes from the selected location(s).

After Schedule Approval

Determines whether to only displays shifts that were modified after schedule approval.

This parameter only applies if a location has Schedule Approvals enabled.


Report Columns

The export has the following information in the header:

  • The date range of the report.

  • Whether the changes listed occurred after the schedule approval, Yes or No.

Column

Description

Location Name

Location associated with the schedule change.

Changed On

Date and time that the shift change was published.

Event Type

The type of shift change. This field explains the changes made to the shift and will show one of the following descriptors:

  • Shift Modified

    This label is assigned when the shift date has been modified or if the shift hours have been reduced or increased.

  • Shift Added

  • Shift Removed

  • Shift Published

  • Shift Unpublished

  • Employee Shift Swap

Employee Name

Employee assigned to the shifts.

Changed By

Individual that published the shift change.

Change Notice

The advanced notice of the change. This is the number of days between when the shift change was made and when the original shift was scheduled to begin.

Previous Value

Date and time of the original published shift.

New Value

Date and time of the modified shift after changes were published.

Adjusted Hours

The difference/change in hours between the original and modified published shifts.
