POS employee records are automatically created for each employee included in POS data. Here, users can view the POS ID, location, and linked employee record for the POS Employee.
Navigation
POS Employee Records are accessible from the POS Employees page.
Select Workforce from the left navigation rail.
Under Employees, select POS Employees.
Click the Full Name of the desired POS employee record.

POS employee record permissions are in the permission tree as follows:

Map Employee Records
These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.
