Employees add direct deposit accounts through the Employee Self Service Portal. Accounts can also be added directly from the Direct Deposit Accounts page, accessible from the employee's Payroll tab.

The Direct Deposit Accounts page displays all bank accounts on file for an employee. From this page, payment method can be switched between Check and Direct Deposit, new bank accounts can be added, and existing account details — including routing number, account type, and distribution method — can be edited.


Navigation

Navigate to the Payroll tab

  1. Navigate to the Workforce application .

  2. Select the Employees dropdown and select Employees.

  3. Select an Employee.

  4. In the employee’s record, select the Payroll tab.


Payment Method Edit Screens

The Payroll tab displays the employee's current payment method. Selecting Edit opens the Edit Direct Deposit page, where the payment method can be toggled and individual deposit accounts can be managed. Selecting Edit on a specific deposit account opens the Edit Direct Deposit Details form.

Edit

Opens the Edit Direct Deposit page. When Check is selected as the payment method, direct deposit customization options are not available.

View/Hide

Displays or hides full direct deposit account numbers.

Edit

Opens the Edit Direct Deposit page, where bank information fields can be updated.

Back to Payroll

Redirects to the payroll tab.

Payment Method

Displays the selected payment method and allows toggling between Check and Direct Deposit.

View/Hide

Displays or hides full direct deposit account numbers.

Add Bank Account

Opens the wizard to add a new bank account.

Edit

Opens the Edit Direct Deposit Details form for the selected account. Distribution, routing number, account number, and other bank information can be updated.

When editing any field, the account number must be re-entered before clicking Save.

Account Nickname

Displays the account nickname; editable.

Bank Name

Displays the bank name; editable.

Select Account Type

Opens a dropdown to select Checking or Savings.

Routing Number

Displays the bank routing number associated with this account.

Account Number

Displays the bank account number. Must be re-entered any time a change is saved, regardless of which field was edited.

Distribution

Sets how pay is distributed to this account. Select a distribution method from the dropdown:

  • Amount — deposits a specific dollar amount to this account each pay period.

  • Fixed monthly — deposits a fixed amount on a monthly basis regardless of pay frequency.

  • Percentage — deposits a set percentage of net pay to this account.

The Distribution field appears on additional direct deposit accounts.

Save

Saves all changes. Account number must be re-entered before Save is available.

Cancel

Discards changes and returns to the Edit Direct Deposit page.
