Employees can view and edit current tax withholding information in the R365 app. This page lists current federal and state tax forms and displays form details.
From this page users can:
Review tax details
Edit tax information
Sign tax forms electronically
Security
The following Permissions are associated with the Taxes tab:
Labor → Employees → Taxes → View Taxes
Labor → Employees → Taxes → Edit Taxes
These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.

Tax Form Details Overview
Button/Field | Description | |

1 | Selection expand/collapse arrow | Tap the top of the overview to collapse the current tax form details. |
2 | View button | Opens the tax form as a PDF. Available to download or expand. |
3 | Pencil icon | Opens the onboarding documents wizard. |
