The My Taxes tab in the Self-Service Portal allows employees to review, edit, and sign their tax forms. This page lists current federal and state tax forms and displays form details.

Use this page to:

  • Review tax details

  • Edit tax information

  • Sign tax forms electronically


Security

The following Permissions are associated with the Taxes tab:

  • Labor → Employees → Taxes → View Taxes

  • Labor → Employees → Taxes → Edit Taxes

These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.

Login to the self-service portal and select the My Taxes tab. Displays

Opens dropdown with:

  • My Info

  • Self-service portal

  • User Preferences

  • Reset Password

Support

Opens dropdown with:

  • Support Center

  • Knowledge Base

  • Product Releases

Alerts

Opens a side panel to show read and unread notifications

Location selector

Displays the active location name and provides options to switch locations.

Search field

Filters tax forms and certificates by keyword.

Section collapse/expand arrow

Expands or collapses the tax details.

View button

Opens the tax form as PDF. Available to download or expand.

Pencil icon

Opens the onboarding documents wizard.
