The My documents screen lists the documents related to the employee's employment, including tax forms, onboarding documents, and signed documents.
Documents can be viewed or downloaded, and documents requiring signature will show the current signature status.

Select More from the bottom tab bar.
Select My documents.

My Documents Screen

Button/Field | Description | |

1 | Back Button | Returns to the previous screen. |
2 | Search | Filters the list of documents for the entered characters. |
3 | Document Folder | Tap to open the list of documents contained in the folder. |
4 | Document | Tap to open the document Details screen. |
Document Details Screen

Button/Field | Description | |

1 | Back Button | Returns to the previous screen. |
2 | Document Breadcrumbs | Displays the document file path. Tap a folder in the path to navigate directly to that folder. |
3 | Details | Displays the file name and created on date. Documents with requiring signature will display the document status:

4 | Download | Tap to download a PDF of the document. |
5 | Activity Menu | Tap the menu then select ‘Activity’ to reveal the document activity log. |
6 | Preview | Displays a preview of the document. |
