The POS tab features the POS Mapping Tool, which enables R365 to automatically map Sales and Payment Type accounts, Job Titles, and Paid Out Types. Detailed guidance on using the POS Mapping Tool is available here.


POS Tab

From the POS tab on the QuickBooks mapping screen, mappings for specific account types can be updated, and rules governing POS mapping can be reviewed and adjusted as needed.

The POS Accounts tab within the QBO integration displays an organized view of all POS accounts. Filters are available to refine the view by Account Type, Unmapped Status, or user-defined terms for easier navigation. Each account includes detailed information, including a direct link to the Daily Sales Summary associated with the account's origin.
