In April 2026, R365 Intelligence is being renamed to AI Dashboards. ‘AI Dashboards’ will replace ‘Intelligence’ throughout R365.
With this update, AI Dashboards will include the following enhancements:
The AI Dashboards screens will be updated to match R365’s modern design.
The Auto Dashboard builder creates visualizations and dashboards using AI.
Auto Summary can be enabled on dashboards to provide an overview of the data on the dashboard.
In view mode, Auto Answers uses AI to respond to user questions about the data presented on the dashboard.
Parameters can be used to create dynamic filtering.
AI Dashboards Update
R365 Intelligence is now R365 AI Dashboards! All references to Intelligence will be updated to AI Dashboards, including in the left navigation menu.

Auto Dashboard
The new Auto Dashboard builder creates visualizations and entire dashboards based on user prompts. When a prompt is entered in the Auto Dashboard bot, it uses AI to create visualizations using the available data. The bot can be prompted to modify or adjust its creations as well as to edit existing visualizations.

Auto Summary
The new Auto Summary feature uses AI to generate a narrative summary of an entire dashboard page based on the visualizations, metrics, and filters on that page. Instead of scanning every graph and table, read a concise description of key performance indicators, trends, and notable changes in a single panel.

Auto Answers
Auto Answers uses AI to produce real-time answers and analysis to user inquiries about dashboards. The Auto Answers chat is shown in view mode and uses the data on the dashboard to interpret responses to questions.
