Integration Connection Page - HR Management Integrations

The Integration Connection page contains the connection settings for an HR Management integration. This page has the same layout and options across all HR management integrations, including Workday, UKG, Alliance, and Netchex.

From this page, users can perform the following actions:


Security

Users with the following permission can access the Integrations page:

  • Administration → Integrations → 3rd Party HR Admin


Navigation

  1. Open the Integrations page.

  2. Under Employee HR Management, select the card for the desired integration.

Returns to the Integrations page.

Connection Admin

User who can map synced data and who will receive alerts related to the integration.

Only users with the following permission can be assigned as a connection admin:

  • Administration → Integrations → 3rd Party HR Admin

Auto Create

Method by which data will be synced and new job and employee records will be created in R365.

  • Manual - Data sync is manually initiated. New job and employee records are manually created and mapped.

  • Automatic - Data is synced automatically. New job and employee records are automatically created and mapped.

Auto Create Job

Sets whether jobs will be created automatically when data is synced.

  • Off – Unmapped jobs must be created manually. Existing jobs will still be auto-matched.

  • On – Unmapped jobs are automatically created in R365.

Frequency

Frequency that data is synced:

  • Daily - Data is synced once per day.

  • Every 2, 3, 6, 8, or 12 Hours - Data is synced on the selected interval.

The Time setting (#6) defines when the first sync runs. Recurring syncs follow the selected frequency from that start time.

This field is disabled when the Auto Create setting (#3) is set to ‘manual’.

Time

Determines the specific time of day when a daily data sync occurs, based on the configured sync frequency (#5).

This field is disabled when the Auto Create setting (#3) is set to ‘manual’.

Time Zone

Time zone associated with the Time setting (#6).

This field is disabled when the Auto Create setting (#3) is set to ‘manual’.

Apply

Saves changes to configuration settings.

Edit Account Mapping

Opens the Integration Mapping page, where legal entities, locations, jobs, and employees can be mapped.

This only appears when the integration is connected.

Disconnect

Disconnects the integration.

This only appears when the integration is connected.
