Franchising assists restaurant groups in tracking franchisees, franchise locations, contracts, daily sales, and automates franchisee billing/ACH payment collection. Franchisees
The Franchisee record represents the group or entity that you bill for franchise fees.
Franchisee Locations
The Franchisee Location record represents the stores that are owned by the franchisee.
Franchise Daily Sales
Use this form to enter or import daily sales for franchise locations.
Franchise Reviews
Franchise reviews track details about reviews conducted on franchisee locations. More information about franchisee reviews can be found in Franchisee Location Record.
Franchising Fees
Franchising fees are assigned to each franchisee location and are billed to that location on a regular basis. Create a new sales item for any necessary franchisee fees and then assign the necessary fees to the Franchisee Additional Info tab of the Franchisee Location record.
Franchise Billing
Franchise billing is the process of automatically creating AR invoices to bill your franchisees for fees incurred in a specific date range.
Entering AP Invoices for a Franchisee
The AP invoice form can be used by a franchisor to enter and pay an expense on behalf of a franchisee. This expense is then passed onto the franchisee during franchise billing. For more information, see AP Invoices for Franchises.
