Enterprise reports include a filter option for brand location groups. These groups are configured on the Brand Manager page and define sub-groups of locations.
When filtering by brand location groups, the filter list shows sub-groups that contain at least one location the user has access to. When the report runs, results only include data from the locations the user can access within those sub-groups.
If a location belongs to more than one selected sub-group, it is included only once in the report.
Security
Access to Enterprise reports is granted through report roles.

Filter by Brand Location Groups
Follow these steps to filter an enterprise report by brand location groups:

1) Navigate to the Enterprise tab of the My Reports page.
a) Select Reports from the left navigation rail.
b) Select My Reports.
c) Select the Enterprise tab.
2) Click Customize for the desired report.
3) Select Filter By.
4) Select Brand Location Group.
5) Select Filter.
6) Select one or more sub-groups, then click OK.
Only sub-groups that contain at least one location the user has access to are listed in the filter options. Report results include only the accessible locations within those sub-groups.
