Navigation

  1. In the Reports section of the left navigation pane, select My Reports.
    The My Reports screen appears.

  2. At the top of the My Reports screen, select Labor.
    The screen generates a list of reports in alphabetical order.

  3. Locate the F9 Segment Descriptions report.

  4. Select Customize to adjust the report parameters and run the report.


Report Parameters

This report is automatically configured to produce an output in the necessary format for successful data transfer and therefore does not have any parameters to set.


Report Columns

Description

Segment Number

Code used to identify the type of individual account.

  • 1 - GL Account

  • 2 - Legal Entity

  • 3 - Location

  • 4 - Daypart

  • 5 - Revenue Center

  • 6 - Oder Mode

Segment Value

Segment code used for each account. This is the GL account number used in R365.

Segment Description

Description associated with the segment value. This often includes the name of the GL account.


Email, Export, or Print the Report
