Integration Setup Steps
Purchasing Toast Partner Connect for each location is necessary for integration.
Follow these steps to request and set up an R365 Training integration with Restaurant365:
1) Connect R365 Training through Toast Partner Connect.
2) Submit an integration request though the following form:
3) Wait while the R365 Training Team builds the integration workbook for mapping roles and locations.
4) The R365 Training Team will provide the integration workbook along with additional instructions.
5) Review and approve the mapping workbook.
6) Set a go-live date.
7) On the go-live date, the user sync will be active, and users will be invited to join R365 Training.
