R365 Training supports a user management integration with Restaurant365.

How It Works

  • Employees are managed in 7Shifts.

  • Data from 7Shifts is pulled into R365 Training on an hourly basis.

  • R365 Training is updated, reflecting all changes in employee, role, and location data.


Integration Setup Steps

‘The Works’ plan from 7Shifts is required to authorize R365 Training to integrate with 7Shifts data.

Follow these steps to request and set up an R365 Training integration with 7Shifts:

1) Grant R365 Training access through Oauth2:

2) Submit an integration request though the following form:

3) Wait while the R365 Training Team builds the integration workbook for mapping roles and locations.

4) The R365 Training Team will provide the integration workbook along with additional instructions.

5) Review and approve the mapping workbook.

6) Set a go-live date.

7) On the go-live date, the user sync will be active, and users will be invited to join R365 Training.
