Document comments are accessed on the Documents to Process page. In the comments column, users can communicate about uploaded documents.
Comments for uploaded Documents can only be accessed from the list view for Documents to Process.
Navigation
First, navigate to the Documents to Process page. If the list view is not displayed by default, click the list icon to change the view.
Click the hyperlink for the desired Document in the 'Comments' column to view or add comments.
Comment Details Buttons and Fields
Button/Field | Description | |

1 | Document Name | Name of the uploaded document. |
2 | Comment Count | Number of comments for the document. |
3 | Comment | Name of the user who posted the comment and the comment content. |
4 | Comment Age | Time passed since the comment was posted. |
5 | Comment box | A text box where a new comment can be entered. Use @mention to tag and alert other users. @Mentioning a user will send a notification to the user via the notification window, R365 App, email, and or SMS specific to the notification settings set in the notification center.

6 | Comment | Submits the comment. This button is only available once text has been entered. |
