Consolidated Production

The Consolidated Production Report provides a breakdown of the food needed to make the orders. This report will be helpful in ordering the food necessary to fulfill the commissary forecasting.

To order status report parameter filters the report down to display only items with the selected status(es). The default view of this report displays All Unfulfilled Orders. All Unfulfilled Orders includes open, submitted, and shipped orders. Users can elect whether to include fulfilled orders on the report.

The report will show items based on all ordering location types (location type or customer type) with the selected status(es) that ordered from the selected commissary location(s).

If the commissary manager wants to print a consolidated production list, their user would need to have access to all locations.


Navigation

The My Reports search bar can be used to search R365's entire catalog of reports.

  1. Navigate to My Reports
  2. Enter all or part of the report name in the search bar.
  3. The Results tab will open with the list of search results.
  4. From beneath the report name, click Run to run the report with the selected report view.

    Click Customize to adjust the report parameters and run the report. 

Report Parameters

Field

Description

Filter by

A list of all filter categories. Filter categories will vary based by report.

Filter

A list of filter options, determined by the 'Filter By' category selected (#1).

Start date

First date for which to pull data for the report. The 'Start' and 'End' parameters create the date range for the data generated. The report then displays data for all dates within the date range, including the start and end dates.

End date

Last date for which to pull data for the report. The 'Start' and 'End' parameters create the date range for the data generated. The report then displays data for all dates within the date range, including the start and end dates. 

Commissary Locations

Listing of commissary locations. Filters the report to include items from the commissary locations selected.

Commissary Categories

Listing of all commissary-specific food categories. Filters the report to items within the food categories selected.

Order Status

Filters the report to the items with the selected order status(es). Order statuses include the following:

  • All Unfulfilled orders

  • Shipped

  • Open

  • Fulfilled

  • Submitted

  • Canceled

The default is All Unfulfilled Orders.

The All Unfulfilled Orders option includes orders with status of Open, Submitted or Shipped.


Report Columns

Column

Description

Item #

The number associated with the item, as noted on the item record.

Item Name

Name of the item. These items are organized alphabetically by item categories and then by the locations selected from the report parameters.

The report will show items based on all ordering location types (location type or customer type) with the selected status(es) that ordered from the selected commissary location(s).

UofM

Unit of measure used to count the item.

Qty Ordered

Amount of the item that was ordered.
