Commissary Order History by Location

The Commissary Order History by Location report is ran for a single item and displays all of the locations that ordered that item within the set report parameters. 


Navigation

The My Reports search bar can be used to search R365's entire catalog of reports.

  1. Open the Reports app. 
  2. Navigate to My Reports
  3. Enter all or part of the report name in the search bar.
  4. The Results tab will open with the list of search results.
  5. From beneath the report name, click Run to run the report with the selected report view.
    -OR-
    Click Customize to adjust the report parameters and run the report. 



Report Parameters

Field/Column

Description

Item

A listing of all commissary items. Only one item can be selected for the report.

Commissary Locations

A listing of all commissary locations.

Locations

A listing of all locations.

From Date

The beginning date for the report.

To Date

The end date for the report.

Fulfilled Only

This will either show all commissary orders or only those that have been fulfilled.

Run Button

Runs the report. Users can also send, export, or print the report directly from this button by clicking the down arrow portion and selecting the desired action.


Report Columns

Field/Column

Description

Location

The location that ordered the selected item.

Qty Ordered

The amount of items that were ordered by this location.

Qty Fulfilled

The amount of items that this location received.

Qty Var

The variance between the amount of items ordered and the amount that were received at the corresponding location.

$ Ordered

The total cost of the items ordered by this location.

$ Fulfilled

The total cost of the items that this location received.

$ Var

The variance between the cost of items ordered and received at the corresponding location.

% Fulfilled

The percentage of item cost that was fulfilled (calculated as $ Fulfilled ÷ $ Ordered).
