Commissary Order History

The Commissary Order History report is able to assess previous commissary orders from a designated time frame.

This acts as a memory bank for all commissary items ordered for specified locations, which can be used to track the amount of a purchased item ordered and fulfilled in that specified time frame.


Navigation

The My Reports search bar can be used to search R365's entire catalog of reports.

  1. Open the Reports app. 
  2. Navigate to My Reports
  3. Enter all or part of the report name in the search bar.
  4. The Results tab will open with the list of search results.
  5. From beneath the report name, click Run to run the report with the selected report view.

    Click Customize to adjust the report parameters and run the report. 



Report Parameters

Field/Column

Description

Filter By

A list of all filter categories. Filter categories will vary based by report.

Filter

A list of filter options, determined by the 'Filter By' category selected (#1).

Commissary Category

A listing of all commissary food categories.

Start Date

The beginning date for the report.

End Date

The end date for the report.

Run Button

Runs the report. Users can also send, export, or print the report directly from this button by clicking the down arrow and selecting the desired action.


Report Columns

Field/Column

Description

Item Name

The name and location associated with the item.

Item Number

The number associated with the item, as noted on the item record. These numbers are organized alphabetically by item categories and then by the locations selected from the report parameters.

U of M

The unit of measure used to count the item.

Qty Ordered

The amount of the item that was ordered.

Qty Fulfilled

The amount of the item that was received.

Avg Order

The average amount ordered from each location.

$ Ordered

The price of the amount of items ordered.

$ Fulfilled

The price of the amount of items received.


Email, Export, or Print the Report
