In Prep Management, the Prep Sheets page includes the Available to Prep tab. This tab lists all prep recipes that are available to prep at the selected location. The recipes in the table at the time a prep sheet is created will be the prep recipes on the prep sheet.

Available to Prep Recipes are the recipes that are listed on prep lists that are associated with the selected location and enabled or marked as available to stores. From the prep list(s) , only the prep recipes available to the selected location will appear on the Available to Prep list. Clicking a recipe item from the list will open the recipe item record.

Use this tab to review the available prep recipes and their details before creating a prep sheet to ensure that prep work is properly planned.

Navigation

Open the Inventory application.
Expand Prep.
Select Prep Sheets.
Click Available to Prep.

Security

The following permissions are necessary to access the Available to Prep tab:

Food
- Advanced Prep
  - Prep Recipe
    - View Prep Recipes
    - Edit Prep Recipes
      Users with View and not Edit can open and view the recipe item record, but cannot make any changes. The Edit permission enables users to make changes to the recipe item record.

These permissions can be added to custom user roles or individual users. The Permission Access report can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. For more information, see User Setup and Security.

Available to Prep Tab

	Field	Description
1	Location Selector	Select the location for the page. The recipe shown are the recipes associated with the location selected here.
2	Prep Settings	Opens the prep settings, where prep configurations, prep stations, and prep categories can be managed. Only users with the proper permissions can see the Prep Settings button.
3	Create	Creates a prep sheet.
4	Prep Sheets tab	Opens the prep sheets tab, where all prep sheets for the selected location can be viewed.
5	Available to Prep tab	Opens the Available to Prep tab, where all prep recipes available to the location are listed.
6	Search	Searches the list for all entered keywords.
7	Table Actions	Table Views - Saved table filters and column settings. The highlighted view is currently displayed. Click on a view to display the table with the saved filter and columns settings. Filter - Opens the Filter menu, where filters based on column values can be applied. When filters are applied, the number of conditions is displayed next to the button. Columns - Opens the Columns menu, where table columns can be hidden, shown, and rearranged.
8	Available to Prep List	List of the prep recipes that are available to prep and the recipe details.

Table Columns

Column	Description
Name	Name of the prep recipe. The name is hyperlinked. Users that have access can click the link to open the prep recipe record.
Prep Station	Prep station assigned to the prep recipe.
Prep Category	Prep Category assigned to the recipe.
Batch Size	The standard batch size of the prep recipe. This is the Batch Qty and Batch UofM as assigned on the prep recipe record.
Inventory U of M	Unit of measure (UofM) used to count the recipe in inventory. On the prep recipe record, this is the Default Count U of M.
Shelf Life	Shelf life as it is on the prep recipe record. This is the length of the time that the prep recipe can be stored before it is not longer usable.
Duration	The amount of time it takes to prepare this prep recipe.
Instructions	Instructions for preparing this prep recipe.
Source Recipe	The recipe used to create the prep recipe. This is the recipe item in R365 that the prep recipe is tied to.
Created On	Date and time the prep recipe was created.
Created By	User who created the prep recipe.
Modified On	Date and time the prep recipe was last edited.
Modified By	User who last edited the prep recipe.
