Menu item can be archived and/or restored in R365. When a menu item is archived, the item is set to an archived or inactive state. Once an item is archived, it is moved on to the Archived Items list and no longer an active menu item.
At any time, the menu item can be restored. This can be done by locating the item on the Archived Items list and clicking Restore. Once an item has been restored, it will move back to the list of active menu items and be available for use.
Archiving unused menu items ensures that this list is cleaner, focused, and organized.
Navigation
Menu Items Page
Open the Sales & Forecasting application.
Expand Menu Items.
Select Menu Items.

Archive Menu Items
On the Menu Items list, locate and open the menu item that needs to be archived.
Click the menu button.
From the dropdown, click Archive Item.
The menu item is now archived, and the status will change from Active to Archived.

Restore Menu Items
From the Menu Items page, click the menu button.
Select Archived Items to open the Archived Items list.
On the Archived Items list, locate the menu item(s) that need to be restored.
Click the menu button.

Click the checkbox to select the menu item to restore.From the dropdown, click Restore.
- OR -From the bulk action bar, click the Restore button.
The menu item will be restored to the active menu items list, and the status will change from Archived to Active.
