Activity feeds are accessed from their associated transactions or record and display a history of actions completed on the record including the date, time, and user that performed the action. The feed also includes a comment field where users add notes and tag other users to notify them.
Security
All users are able to view the Activity feed for transactions/records that they have access to.

The actions recorded in the Activity feed may vary by transaction/record type.

5 | User | Shows the user that performed the action. Actions completed by R365 appear as ‘System action’. |
6 | Action | Shows the action completed on the draft transaction. |
7 | Timestamp | Shows the time the action occurred. |
8 | Expand/Collapse | Expands or collapses additional details about the action. |
9 | Comment Field | Adds a comment to the Activity feed. Use @username to tag a specific user. The Send button becomes active when text is entered. |
