Important Note About Acknowledging a Shift Change
Acknowledging a shift change cannot be undone. Once submitted, the selection is locked and the screen becomes read-only.
Security
This action is available to any employee using the R365 mobile app who receives a shift-change acknowledgment notification. No additional permission is required.
Acknowledge a Shift Change
Follow these steps to acknowledge a shift change:
Tap the shift change notification, or open it from the Notifications list in the mobile app.
Review the banner describing what changed, along with the location, job, and who modified the shift and when.
Review the shift date and time.
Select I requested this change if the employee asked for the change, or I did not request this change if a manager made the change.
Selecting either option enables the Acknowledge button.
Tap Acknowledge.
The button changes to Acknowledged and the screen becomes read-only. If the submission fails, an error message appears and the button re-enables so the employee can try again.

Opening a notification for a shift change that has already been acknowledged shows the previous answer in a read-only view. No further action is possible.
