W-2 / 1099 / 1095 Forms are a part of the Reporting console. Click here for more information on the Reporting console.

W-2 / 1099 / 1095 Forms can be easily created, viewed, and downloaded as a PDF for one or all Employees through this page. Only Payroll Admin Users have access to this.

To open this window, click 'W-2 / 1099 / 1095 Forms' in the 'Reporting' menu or in the 'Reporting Options' tile.
