Safe Counts Settings

Prev Next

Safe Count Settings allow users to configure the expected cash balance for each location's safe. The expected safe balance is used to calculate the over/short amount on each safe count entry.

Set Safe Balances can be applied to all locations a user has access to, or configured per location. If no balance is set, the expected safe balance defaults to $0.

If Safe Counts are not visible in your navigation. Contact your R365 representative for assistance with enablement.

Notes about enablement:

  • When Commissary is enabled, the Safe Count feature will not appear.

  • Till Management does not have to be enabled for Safe Counts. Safe Counts and Till Management are independent of one another.
