FAQ
My sort and filter settings disappeared after I refreshed the page. Is that expected?
Yes — sorting and filtering reset each time you refresh an article. You can sort only one column at a time. There is no way to save a filter state between sessions.
When I print an article, some content is missing. How do I include everything?
Expand all collapsed sections before printing to ensure the printed article captures the full content. If you are exporting to PDF instead, the export automatically expands collapsed sections — no manual step needed.
What is the difference between Following an article and Favoriting it?
Following sends you an email notification whenever the article or category changes. Favoriting saves the article to your Favorites section in the left panel for quick access. It does not trigger any notifications, though. Use both if you want easy access and update alerts.
