The Predictability Acknowledgement Report lists shift changes made on or after a Predictability rule's advance notice deadline, along with each change's acknowledgment status and calculated penalty amount.
From this page, users can:
Filter results by location and employee.
Review each shift change's acknowledgment response and calculated penalty amount.

The My Reports search bar can be used to search R365's entire catalog of reports.
Open the Reports app.
Navigate to My Reports.
Enter all or part of the report name in the search bar.
The Results tab will open with the list of search results.
From beneath the report name, click Run to run the report with the selected report view.

Click Customize to adjust the report parameters and run the report.
Search
Navigate to pages with the R365 global search bar:
Enter all or part of the page name in the R365 global search bar.
Select the page from the results list.
Only enabled pages can be searched for. If the desired page is not enabled, contact your CSM for assistance.
Report Parameters
Field | Description |

Filter By | A list of all filter categories. Filter categories will vary based by report. |
Filter | A list of filter options determined by the 'Filter By' category selected. |
Start | First date for which to pull data for the report. The 'Start' and 'End' parameters create the date range for the data generated. The report then displays data for all dates within the date range, including the start and end dates. |
End | Last date for which to pull data for the report. The 'Start' and 'End' parameters create the date range for the data generated. The report then displays data for all dates within the date range, including the start and end dates. |
Employee Name | Includes the option to select employees. |
Change Type | Includes: All, Shift Added, Shift Extended, Shift Reduced, Shift Removed, and Time Changed |
Response | Includes: All, Employee Initiated, Manager Initiated, and Pending |
Run | Generates the report. Click the down arrow to the right of the Run button to export, email, or print the report. |
Report Columns
Column | Description |

Location | The location where the shift change occurred. |
Employee | The employee whose shift changed. |
Shift Change Type | The type of change made to the shift: added, extended, time change, shortened, or canceled. See How Predictability Pay Penalties Are Calculated. |
Original Shift | The shift details before the change. |
Updated Shift | The shift details after the change. |
Changed By | The user who made the change. |
Notice Deadline | The rule's advance notice deadline for the affected week. |
Response | The acknowledgment status of the change: pending, employee initiated, or manager initiated. A change is marked employee initiated when the employee confirms they requested it, and manager initiated when the employee indicates they did not, or when a pay period closes with the change still pending. |
Penalty Amount | The calculated predictability pay penalty for the change. Displays once the change is acknowledged; a pending change shows no penalty amount. |
Email, Export, or Print the Report
