NDCP Integration

R365 supports an integration with  NDCP, a global supply chain management company serving Dunkin’, which can be managed through the integrations page. This integration enables the retrieval of invoices based on a customizable polling schedule and provides options to repoll or reprocess transactions as needed. Additionally, the integration supports connections to multiple companies within NDCP, allowing streamlined management across various entities.

Connect or Disconnect the NDCP Integration

NDCP Integration Sidesheet

Users can access the NDCP Integration Sidesheet to reprocess or repoll invoices.

Repoll or Reprocess NDCP Invoices

The NDCP integration sidesheet enables the repolling or reprocessing of NDCP transactions. These actions are accessible by clicking the view button in the integration's edit mode. Reprocessing updates the data in an existing transaction without creating additional entries, while repolling retrieves the transaction from the integration. During repolling, the system can either create a duplicate transaction or replace the existing transaction by deleting it before creating a new entry, depending on the selected option.
