ExpandShare supports a user management integration with Toast.

How It Works
Employees are managed in Toast.
Data from Toast is pulled into ExpandShare on an hourly basis.
ExpandShare is updated, reflecting all changes in employee, role, and location data.
Integration Setup Steps
Purchasing Toast Partner Connect for each location is necessary for integration.
Follow these steps to request and set up an ExpandShare integration with Restaurant365:
1) Connect ExpandShare through Toast Partner Connect.
2) Submit an integration request though the following form:
3) Wait while the ExpandShare Team builds the integration workbook for mapping roles and locations.
4) The ExpandShare Team will provide the integration workbook along with additional instructions.
5) Review and approve the mapping workbook.
6) Set a go-live date.
7) On the go-live date, the user sync will be active, and users will be invited to join ExpandShare.
