Integration Setup Steps

‘The Works’ plan from 7Shifts is required to authorize ExpandShare to integrate with 7Shifts data.

Follow these steps to request and set up an ExpandShare integration with 7Shifts:

1) Grant ExpandShare access through Oauth2:

2) Submit an integration request though the following form:

3) Wait while the ExpandShare Team builds the integration workbook for mapping roles and locations.

4) The ExpandShare Team will provide the integration workbook along with additional instructions.

5) Review and approve the mapping workbook.

6) Set a go-live date.

7) On the go-live date, the user sync will be active, and users will be invited to join ExpandShare.
