ExpandShare - 7Shifts Integration Setup

ExpandShare supports a user management integration with Restaurant365.

• Real-time sync of employees, roles, and locations

• Effortless updates for existing user records and creation of new user records in ExpandShare

• Reduces manual data entry errors and ensures data accuracy across platforms

How It Works

• Employees are managed in 7Shifts.

• Data from 7Shifts is pulled into ExpandShare on an hourly basis.

• ExpandShare is updated, reflecting all changes in employee, role, and location data.

Integration Setup Steps

‘The Works’ plan from 7Shifts is required to authorize ExpandShare to integrate with 7Shifts data.

Follow these steps to request and set up an ExpandShare integration with 7Shifts:

1) Grant ExpandShare access through Oauth2:

2) Submit an integration request though the following form:

3) Wait while the ExpandShare Team builds the integration workbook for mapping roles and locations.

4) The ExpandShare Team will provide the integration workbook along with additional instructions.

5) Review and approve the mapping workbook.

6) Set a go-live date.

7) On the go-live date, the user sync will be active, and users will be invited to join ExpandShare.
