Activity Log

Activity logs are accessed from their associated transactions or records and display a history of actions completed on the record including the date, time, and user that performed the action. The log also includes a comment field where users add notes and tag other users to notify them.


Security

All users are able to view the Activity log for transactions/records that they have access to.

The actions recorded in the Activity log may vary by transaction/record type.

Closes Activity.

Quick Filters

Filters the activity by type:

  • All: Displays activity and comments.

  • Activity: Displays only activity.

  • Comments: Displays only comments.

Search

Searches the activity for the entered text.

Date

Displays the date of each entry.

User

Shows the user that performed the action.

Actions completed by R365 appear as ‘System action’.

Action

Shows the action completed on the draft transaction.

Timestamp

Shows the time the action occurred.

Expand/Collapse

Expands or collapses additional details about the action.

Comment Field

Adds a comment to the Activity feed. Use @username to tag a specific user.

The Send button becomes active when text is entered.
