gl_account_name | VARCHAR | Name of the GL account. |
balance | NUMBER | Current account balance in the account's currency. |
balance_base | NUMBER | Current account balance in the base currency. |
is_available_to_managers | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether managers can view this account. |
is_bank_account | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether this is a bank account. |
default_budget_amount | NUMBER | Default budget amount for this account. |
cash_flow_category | VARCHAR | Cash flow category classification for this account. |
description | VARCHAR | Description of the GL account. |
is_entry_disabled | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether manual journal entries to this account are disabled. |
last_reconciled_balance | NUMBER | Balance at the time of the last reconciliation. |
last_reconciled_balance_base | NUMBER | Base-currency balance at the time of the last reconciliation. |
last_reconciled_date | DATE | Date of the last reconciliation. |
next_check_number | INTEGER | Next check number for accounts that issue checks. |
bank_company | VARCHAR | Bank company name associated with this account. |
parent_account | UUID | Unique identifier of the parent account in the chart of accounts hierarchy. |
subtype | VARCHAR | Subtype classification within the account type. |
account_type | VARCHAR | Type classification for this account (e.g., Asset, Liability, Income, Expense). |
legal_entity | UUID | Unique identifier of the legal entity this account belongs to. |
location_id | UUID | Unique identifier of the location this account is associated with. |
is_deposit_only | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether this account is used for deposits only. |
is_second_signature_required | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether a second signature is required for transactions on this account. |
second_signature_threshold | NUMBER | Dollar threshold above which a second signature is required. |
budget_amount | NUMBER | Budget amount for this account in the current period. |
bank_account_type | VARCHAR | Type of bank account (e.g., Checking, Savings). |
is_statistical_account | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether this is a statistical (non-monetary) account. |
statistical_balance_type | VARCHAR | Balance type for statistical accounts. |
statistical_direction | VARCHAR | Direction (debit or credit) for statistical account entries. |
is_control_account | BOOLEAN | Indicates whether this is a control account that prevents direct posting. |
outstanding_debits | NUMBER | Total outstanding debit amounts for this account. |
