# I-9 Report

This article reviews the I-9 Reports on the [Workforce Reports page](/doc/docs/workforce-reports-overview).

I-9 reports are available on the Workforce Reports page when [Onboarding I-9s](/doc/docs/onboarding-i-9s) is enabled. The I-9 reports show the status of all I-9s for all associated employees.

## Current & Previous (Expired) Reports

The federal I-9 form was updated in August of 2023. I-9s generated after the update appear on the 'Current' report. I-9s generated prior to the update appear on the 'Previous (Expired)' I-9 report.

These reports have the same layout and functionality.

## Workforce Reports Page Summary

On the Workforce Reports page, each of the I-9 reports has a summary that lists the number of employees in each step of the I-9 process.

| I-9 Step | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Waiting on Employee | The employee has not completed their portion of the I-9 via the My Pay section of the R365 Mobile App. |
| Review & Sign | The employee has completed and signed their portion of the I-9 and the employer portion is ready to be reviewed and signed. |
| Acknowledge | The employee has declined to use their e-signature and a paper I-9 needs to be completed. The employee and employer portion of the I-9 will be completed at the same time by the employer. |
| Complete | Both the employee and employer section of the I-9 have been completed. |
