Tax forms in R365 populate based on the **home address** and **legal work location address** in the employee’s record. In the left navigation, click **Workforce**. 2. Click **Employees**. 3. Search for the employee and click their name to open the profile. 4. Click the **General** tab. 5. Locate the **address** fields (street address, city, state, zip code). 6. Begin re-entering the address. When the correct address is shown to select, choose it and ensure the final result reads as expected. 7. Fill in any **Line** 2 details if applicable and click **Save**. 8. Click the **Payroll** tab. 9. Locate the **Legal Work Location** section. 10. Change the setting shown here and click **Update**. 11. Change the **Legal Work Location** back to the correct one and click **Update** again. 12. Ask the employee to attempt to open the tax form again. If the form still does not load in the app, the admin can fill out the form together with the employee using the R365 desktop interface as a workaround.
