By joining our R&D efforts, you'll gain early access to new features, directly influence the future of Restaurant365, and build closer partnerships with our product and design teams. Whether you’re a power user, a tech lead, or a daily operator, your experience is invaluable.

## Types of Participation

### Usability Studies

Join guided sessions where you’ll interact with new features or prototypes and provide real-time feedback. These are typically 30–60 minute remote sessions with a member of our design team.

### Observation Calls

Help us understand your day-to-day use of Restaurant365 through remote screen share. In these casual sessions, our team observes how you work, and witnesses your process and challenges.

### Onsite Visits

We love seeing your operations in action. Host a member of our R&D team for a half or full-day visit to share how your team runs—from accounting to inventory, scheduling, and beyond.

### Beta Testing

Be the first to try out features before they launch publicly. Provide feedback that helps us fine-tune performance, usability, and relevance.
