# Undo Bank Activity Upload

Bank Activity Uploads can be undone from the Bank activity page. Undoing a bank activity upload removes the bank activity associated with the selected file upload.

## Security

Users must have the following permission to undo a bank activity upload:

- Banking → Bank Activity → Process Bank Activity

These permissions can be added to [custom user roles](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/custom-user-roles) or [individual users](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/users-overview-and-security). The [Permission Access report](https://restaurant365.us.document360.io/doc/docs/generating-a-permissions-access-report) can be used to determine which user roles or users already have these permissions assigned. ## Undo Bank Activity Upload

To undo a bank activity upload, follow these steps:

****1)** Navigate to the [**Bank Activity page**](/doc/docs/bank-activity-page).**

A) Open the **Accounting** application**.** B) Expand the **Banking** category. C) Select **Bank Activity**.

****2)** Click the **Retrieve Activity dropdown**, then select **Undo Bank Activity Upload.****

****3)** Select the **bank activity file upload** to be undone.**

> The system shows the last three file uploads that can be undone.

To view older file uploads, select **show older file uploads.**

****4)** Click **Undo.****
