# R365 Branded Emails

Restaurant365 is in the process of updating all Outbound Emails to include a similar branded template to the one shown above. Users will receive branded emails for the following areas:

- [Reset Password](/doc/docs/resetting-user-passwords)
- [Custom Financial Reports](/doc/docs/custom-financial-reports-writer-overview-and-security)
- [Report Subscriptions](/doc/docs/report-subscriptions-overview-security)
- [Workflows](/doc/docs/workflows-overview-security)

While this template is in use, it is currently only available for the features listed above. R365 Emails sent outside of these areas will be from 'noreply@restaurant365.net' and include a more generic email, as shown below.
