Employees in charge of prep refer to the printed prep sheet to determine what to prep and how much to prep. Print a prep sheet from the **Print** button in the Prep Sheet wizard. --- ## Security The following permission(s) are needed to access prep sheets for printing: - Food → Advanced Prep → Prep Sheets → - View Prep Sheets - Edit Prep Sheets - Create Prep Sheets --- ## Navigation ****Navigation Steps**** 1. Open the **Inventory** application. 2. Expand Prep. 3. Enter all or part of the **page name** in the R365 global search bar. 2. Select the page from the results list. > Only enabled pages can be searched for. For an existing prep sheet, review both steps to confirm they were completed correctly. Use the printed prep sheet to begin food prep. > [!WARNING] > Important Note About Print Failures > > If the browser blocks the print request (for example, a pop-up blocker) or the print job fails, the prep sheet is still marked **Printed** with no error shown. Check that the physical sheet printed before relying on the status.
